Ms Kingston’s Leaving Cert Home Ec class have just finished and submitted their Food Studies Coursework Journal. After all their hard work they enjoyed a sweet treat class where they made a selection of cookies and brownies.
Having studied good preservation some delicious jam was made and they enjoyed sampling it with some scones in their final class before midterm!
