Today we were delighted to welcome Tom Phelan, Head Pastry Chef from Mount Juliet, to Scoil Chonglais for a special demonstration with our TY, LCA and 5th Year Home Economics students.
It was a truly engaging and informative session where students had the opportunity to see professional pastry techniques in action. The demonstration was both inspiring and educational, and the delicious treats were an added bonus!
