Well done to our chess teams who participated in the Leinster Schools Chess Competition recently! The seniors made the final but didn’t manage to bring home the trophy. Some fantastic performances none-the-less to finish 2nd out of 19 schools. Sean Kelly-Mason in particular who has playing up as a third year deserves a mention. Our juniors came in 4th out of 28 schools. They were all 1st years playing against 3rd years so there are exciting times to come. Special mention to Erik Koliqi who won all 5 of his games.
